After two weeks non stop working including a Trade Show in Chicago, the weekend with the visit of Cristina was really promising. I had already spent a month in NYC and for some reason I hadn’t had the opportunity of enjoying the big party that I was looking forward.
As it was St. Patrick’s Day, we went out at 10 am to see a bunch of big-eared gingery hair men wearing skirt and playing bagpipe through 5th Avenue. There we went. After having seen the gingery hair men, a group of bagpipers from Asturias and another one from Galicia we decided to go and have lunch to Serendipity. There, a really mad waiter was in charge of us, and when I define him as mad is because I witnessed the biggest self-worth sign never ever seen as he just kissed himself as staring in front of a mirror and roared himself as a lion in heat would do. At least the frrrozen chocolate was worth the previous show and it is true that the place was really cozy and nice.
With our bellies full, we walked down China Town, Broadway, and finally ¡party at Isidro´s house! The moment I had so hoped for just had arrived and at last I met Alicia and Pepe, the friends of Adrian, the person who took over my traineeship in Tokyo. No doubt interesting characters, the party just extended and when we arrived home it was already 6 in the morning (Thanks Isidro for donating your home sweet home to the science and let us, gang of dreadful people, partying at your cute apartment). It was an authentic marathon.
But the weekend hasn’t finished, on Sunday a delicious brunch was waiting for us in Chelsea, a Thai touch for our lives that provided us of energy to stand till the night walking down Times Square and reach the dinner finishing with a sushi and a see you tomorrow to Cris.

Hi, I am a blog and have just been born.
After a long time thinking about the friends I would like to phone and never find the right moment to do it, I am sure that telling something about my life once in a while in this blog is gonna help to be in contact to all those friends that are far from me.
For some strange reason, about two years ago I woke up an ordinary morning and instead of telling my mother "Mum I wanna be an artist" - like in the Lina Morgan Movie - I told her "Mum I wanna become a world citizen". You must admit that it sounds much more cool and glamourous. And after that my restless bottom moved to Madrid, came back to Cordoba, visited Barcelona, Czech Republic, Eslovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Poland; and after that amazing summer of the 2005 I traveled to Japan. There lived during 15 wonderful months, from I keep a good bunch of happy memories in my mind of.
My restless bottom came back to Cordoba during a couple of months, and after that little break, stability mirage, it landed in Newark airport and finally sat in a newyorker chair. This is because my bottom besides of restless is very stylish and didn´t like to be sat in an ordinary on the block chair.
It would make me really happy if you would leave messages once in a while, and make of this site a place to come and share experiences and laugh with the everyday funny situations.
